What services are currently supported on the website?

The K Traveling website currently has two modules, "car booking service" and "tourism products". In the "Car Booking Service" module, you can not only use the environmentally friendly Tesla car-hailing service, but also rent luxury commercial vehicles, minibuses, buses and other models. In the "Tourism Products" module, you can browse the current travel itineraries that our company has opened: one-day/multi-day tours in the UK, themed tours, RV tours, customized tours and European tours.

How far in advance do I need to rent a vehicle?

We recommend that you book a car hire/rental service at least 4 hours in advance so that we can dispatch the most suitable vehicle for you.

How do I pay for the car rental?

After you submit the car rental information on the website, we will send a confirmation email to your mailbox. Please pay attention to your mobile phone, our customer service will contact you to communicate details and payment methods.

How can I use online car-hailing?

You can find the "Environmental Tesla" car-hailing service in "Car Booking Service". After clicking the "Book Now" button, you will enter the car-hailing page (registration is required for the first login). You can also download our K Traveling app to book a ride anytime, anywhere.

Can I bring children when I travel? How many can you bring?

You can select the number of adult or child tourists in the details page of the travel product. Please note: The number of children should not exceed the total number of adult tourists. Please plan your accompanying personnel arrangements before traveling.

What payment methods can I use to pay for travel orders?

You can use your bank card to pay for travel orders on the official website of K Traveling. Currently, payment methods such as WeChat and Alipay are not supported.
