1. Advance appointment is required for visa application, and the appointment time is limited and uncontrollable due to the open location of the visa center. After obtaining the applicant's passport, BRP, and other information, we can proceed with the appointment application. If the appointment fails, the service fee can be fully refunded.

2. The applicant's visa submission date must be at least 15 days away from the departure date. If the applicant insists on submitting the visa within 15 days, they shall bear the risk of rejection on their own.

3. The Schengen visa application service will assist each applicant in choosing "multiple round trips" when submitting their application, but the final result and validity period of the visa application depend entirely on the visa officer's review, rather than human intervention factors. If the visa is issued as a "single entry", it cannot be used as a reason for refusal or requesting a refund.

4. We have no cases of visa refusal and promise that if the refusal is not due to the applicant's provision of errors, false materials, or other reasons, the service fee will be waived for the second application.
